TEMPERED GLASS

Tempered glass/Reinforced glass is safety glass. Tempered glass is actually a kind of prestressed glass. In order to improve the strength of the glass, chemical or physical methods are usually used to form compressive stress on the surface of the glass. When the glass is subjected to external force, it first offsets the surface stress, thereby improving the bearing capacity and enhancing the resistance of the glass itself. 1. High strength: The mechanical strength, impact resistance and bending strength of tempered glass can reach 4-5 times that of ordinary glass.

2. High thermal stability: Tempered glass can withstand huge temperature differences without breakage, and its ability to resist variable temperature differences is 3 times that of ordinary float glass of the same thickness. It can withstand the temperature difference change of 150℃, and has obvious effect on preventing thermal explosion.

3. High safety: After the tempered glass is damaged by force, it will quickly show tiny obtuse-angle particles, so as to ensure personal safety to the greatest extent.
